Fried tofu for two served with spinach salad with tangerine slices and pecans was served for lunch at Pat's Tap in Minneapolis. A side of broccoli, carrots and cranberries was also severed accompanied by a bowl of sweet potato chips The entire arrangement was photographed in natural light with a crumpled linen napkin.
