A young woman is making a beet linguine. Making pasta is an art form that many find relaxing. Linguine is a type of pasta similar to fettuccine about 4 millimetres in width, which is wider than spaghetti but narrower than fettuccine. Red beets are cooked and the red liquid is added to the pasta making to give it the reddish pink color.
