Overhead image of Hasselback potatoes baked with olive oil, salt and thyme are served with chive sour cream. The Hasselback potatoes are prepared by placing in a wooden spoon and cutting thin slices in the potato. The edges of the wooden spoon will stop the knife from cutting all the way through the potato.
